SEASONAL COOKING: 20/20 FALL (AGES 15-99+)
20 ingredients, 20+ recipes: learn to make 20+ tasty recipes with ease. Just add salt and pepper and you can cook everything! The Fall 20/20 list is a mix of ingredients that includes seasonal produce and pantry staples. Each workshop (take one or all four) will cook through 3-5 original and do-able recipes. You’ll leave class full of fantastic local flavors and confidence to cook the 20/20 recipes in your kitchen this season. Each student will receive the Fall 20/20 list, recipes, and bonus materials. Instruction will include making substitutions for vegetarian, gluten and nut-free diets. Cook like a natural, with simplified seasonal cooking!

SEASONAL COOKING: HOLIDAY PIES (AGES 5-99+)
Students will be introduced to our local produce at its peak while learning to make pie. We will sample and cook with different fruits while discovering how to craft creative and delicious homemade holiday pies. Each pair will make and take two unbaked pies home to freeze and finish baking. Plus, all recipes will go home with participants. Learn to navigate pastry like a pro and make pie that’s focused on fruit and not overwhelmed by added sugar (sugar-free options available too). Prepare for the praise; you’ll be bringing the star of the holiday table! Note: Please indicate two choices upon registration from list below (you may choose two of the same variety).
