Learn to navigate pastry like a pro and make pie that’s focused on local and seasonal produce and not overwhelmed by sugar. Each student or pair will make and take two unbaked pies home to freeze and/or finish baking. (Sugar-free, dairy -free and gluten-free options available.) Prepare for the praise, you’ll be ready to bring the star of the holiday table. Note: We will make Ginger Persimmon and Mocha Walnut in November, Sweet Potato Dream (Dairy Free) and a Pomegranate Pear in December.
